Default Rear bush

Hello fellas.
My sapph cos has failed the MOT today on a rear swing arm mounting bush. Does anyone know where i can get hold of one as they seem to be like the preverbial rocking horse shit?
Also what are they like to get out as it looks like a bit of a b####d to do, has anyone done one before.
Thanks,
Muffster.

There are stack loads of poly ones for this location, after things are loosened you can do the bushes without taking arm off, but levering to one side.

Depends on whether you have the rose joints(bearings) as some were supposed to have had to start with, these will need a fair tap to get them out or better a puller, or nout/bolt socket.
If polly though just opush out centre metal sleeve and they just pop out easy then.
