got a efi zvh engine and the original xr3i clocks butt the rev gauge is showing over double i would sayt.any ideas??

 

Have you changed management ? sounds like it is wired for double pulse not single , or quad pulsed not double . another possibility is a poor earth on coil or ignition module so it is using rev counter to earth itself ,

What management you using ?

 

im using pectel mate with efi,was told it was the fact i made a rev gauge out of a efi not mfi??cheers
