what the difference between 2wd and 4wd inlet
Also if different can i use a 2wd one on a 4wd car,And r the 2wd and 4wd alloy engine mounts different

The 2wd inlet has a seperate elbow between the throttle housing and the plenum, whereas the 4wd is one piece.

the 4x4 one is better than the 2wd one.
if you have a 4x4 one, keep it! - unless you want big power, than go with a plenum

As say up, + fuel rail mounting are différent.
You can't fit a 2wd fuel rail on 4wd manifold inlet without modification.
