fitting 4wd engine into 3 door???
could any 1 tell me what i need to swap by fitting a cosworth 4wd engine into a 3 door?
i know i will need to swap the sump but will i need to swap the oil pump and pick up pipe??
anything else inside i will need to swap??
will i need to swap the oil filter as the 4wd is different??
engine mounts??

A 4wd loom is NO better, at the age of the cossie's looms just get the best condition one, either will do, just if using a 2wd you will need to swap the outer two wires on the tps connector to use on 4wd tps.
The ecu again is not too important but the later versions are slightly better, some have more features, such as closed loop but as not a cat model cl is not needed or wanted.
A 2wd loom will plug straight into a L8, just as said need the outer wires swapping when using a 4wd tps.
