Default Running in a turbo engine...

Allrite peeps,
what's the general idea on running in a turbo mill?,
I've got my engine that has JE forged slugs and i've started it a few times but have not actually drove the car on the road yet.
I'm using cheap mineral engine oil and the block was Flex-honed before fitting the pistons.
I've tried the search looking for a great thread dealing with what oil type, how many miles etc i stumbled upon by accident but i can't find it now.
What kind of turbo boost can 1 use safely? 0.5Bar,1Bar etc.
Opinions pleeze

Varied load for 1000 miles is ideal.. I wouldn't run any boost on it for the first 500 miles, and then only a few pounds sporatically nearing the 1000 mile marker.

You can change the oil as frequently as you like .. Everyone has a different opinion on it; i'd personally do a change after 100 miles.. go semi-synth until 1000, then fully synth thereafter.

I know that different people have diffrent opinions on running in an engine but i thought that it was good to run a small amount of boost to help the piston rings bed in?

you need to use boost on a turbo motor to force the rings to bed into the block.............

hi
run standard boost dont rev over 2.5k lower gears up hills build revs slowly oil change and filter around 150/200 dont be tempted to change the oil to much whilst its bedding in but you can change the filter every 300 miles as this will collect all the particulates you dont want around your engine
if the engine aint been set up by a tuner get it done before you have to drive it to make sure timing and the co2 are correct (detting)
use a good mineral oil (500 miles or so) for running in check oil daily along with the water, any leaks sort straight away and things should be ok
once at around 1500/2000 miles find yourself a tuner and get it on the rollers
this is how i have done it and never had problems
