Default Cosworth Fuel Pressure

What's the best way to check the fuel pressure on a Cosworth?

Should I remove the fuel feed pipe to the fuel rail and fit the gauage here or is there a better place to tap into the fuel line?
Have tried to remove the fuel pipe from the rail but it's really tight, do you have to cut the pipe off or is there a special tool for removing it?

Thanks

If it's a 2wd fuel rail with the small hose between the regulator and the rail, fit the gauge between the regulator and the rail

Make sure you depressurise it first though

It's a 4wd Cosworth so no hose between the regulator and the fuel rail, but thanks for the reply.

Think I'll have to remove the main feed pipe to the rail and measure the pressure there.
