hello there, just got a s2 zvh mk4 running mfi, i also have a mk5 with zetec 2.0 efi.

i want the turbo engine dropped in the mk5, what is the easiest way to have this done? and can the efi system just be added on to the zvh (as its all in the car)

any help appricicated. cars are going in thursday for the work so would like to let the guys know which option to go with. thanks

 

To go from MFI to EFI you need to introduce a Crank sensor to the block, coilpack and the EFI loom should have the plugs on it. You will also need to fit the "trigger wheel" to set the spark position. This should be enough for a spark, changing the inletmanifold would be the next move. This will require machining as the ports are mis-aligned. This should be enough to run the MFI engine in the EFI system.

I might have missed somthing but thats whats in my head at the moment lol
