To go from MFI to EFI you need to introduce a Crank sensor to the block, coilpack and the EFI loom should have the plugs on it. You will also need to fit the "trigger wheel" to set the spark position. This should be enough for a spark, changing the inletmanifold would be the next move. This will require machining as the ports are mis-aligned. This should be enough to run the MFI engine in the EFI system.
