Default braking problem almost fixed... need last assurance...

Hi I managed to fix the braking problem I had. I changed my discs, pads, caliper seals, wheel cylinders, shoes and even master cylinder. I also changed the pipe which goes from the inlet manifold to the servo. But the control valve's arrow is pointing to the inlet manifold. And today I have found that it is wrong according to this link:

Can somebody tell me which one is true? Do I have to change the way round the control valve? 10x.

No body knows this. I desperately need someone to help me out with this. I think someone has fixed such a pipe before. 10x.
