can i use bigger injectors on my 1600 zetec race engine? anyone got any handy tips for tuning the 1600 silver top zetec engine? thanks

 

You can put whatever injectors you like in it, it wont give you any more power!

 

best thing you can do is ditch it and get a 1.8 or 2l, its coverd in many many forums that that trying to tune the 1.6 zetec is like flogging a dead horse, problem is the valves are too small i believe is the reason thats given.
whereas the 1.8 and 2l are very tuneable check out zetecinside.com for some info
