Default drivetrain knock need help!!!

hello there, own a 1990 sapphire cossie 4x4 and have a disturbing knock coming from the front right of my vehicle, sounds like the cv joint has gone sideways but will only play up when it has load on that corner, (when going around left hand corners with a bit of speed, or if it is a shit surface) doesn't play up when I go hard lock around in circle in both directions left/right, forward/reverse as most cv joints that are shot would do, Any help from anybody would be greatly appreciated.

just a update: have replaced both left/right front cv joints and is still there, can also get it to play up when going straight, normally around the 80 - 100kmh and applying the brake pedal softly, will cause steering wheel to shake violently and also produce said knocking noise which i can feel though my feet, and also on hard left lock with light throttle application. If anyone has had this problem help would be greatly appreciated

No need to answer, the secondary exhaust manifold bolts where loose, making the manifold and turbo move around underload and turning hense the knocking noise, have done up tight and added thread locker so no more knock knock can happen

cheers
