who's running with this set up..??

Went for a decent run in the cab yesterday an apart from poppin the crap hoses off its pretty cool.

Its not running right around the 2000rpm mark tho, which is bloody annoying especially when cruising through a 30zone etc. It can be driven around, like running in 4th @ 30 instead of 3rd.

The problem is 'juddering'.

When accelerating the 2k mark proves no problem, pulls through fine. Its jus when sat @ 2k on light throttle.

I remember this from a when i first a the ZVH in the S2..I have a rough idea what it is, around 2krpm the turbo is jus starting to spin up, changing from vacuum to positive pressure. The ECU obviously still thinks its dealing with a 1600 and gets a bit confused..??

What i need to know is can this be fettled or is it common on the OFAB'd ZVH's..seems so with the 2 ive put together.

Now i remember why i went for Megasquirt.

spec;

low comp 2.1 ZVH with stg3 Norris M'sport head & cam
OFAB management with 195 'superchip'
3bar MAP
Biege injectors
T3/4 blower
Essentially a straight thru exhaust
