T34 is a hybrid turbocharger developed by Garrett/Ford for the early Escort Cosworths. It has a T3 turbine housing/wheel/shaft, mated up to a T04b compressor. The amount of boost depends on the engine.
T3's aren't really much good over 250bhp, short-lived at 300bhp on the biggest T3.

As I said, depends on the engine.

ok im looking at going full zetec turbo with ms management next year. steel rods forged pistons. 3 bar map, ect. hopping 300+bhp. im running 2.1zvh now with a stage 3 t3 turbo as you said the t3 aint much good after 300. also would i have to change the actuator from a -31 to a -34?

No, a -31 is fine. T34 is a great turbo for 300bhp on a 2L zetec turbo.

what sort of boost would you have to run for 300bhp,i know it will depend on engine spec, say big valved ported and polished head, steel rods forged pistons etc etc

NEWTON- on a standard (head) 16v engine about 1.4 bar, probably about .2 more for an 8v.

The CVH is a dirty old pig and doesn't burn as efficiently as a Zetec. You tend to need a 'bit more of everything', turbo size, injectors, etc.

aaa you see it through that angle. In that case maybe you know how many cfm do both heads flow?

Which heads? You'd have to choose two particular heads (eg, mfi rs turbo and a 2l zetec silvertop etc)..
The CNC heads website has a bunch of flow figures if you're interested.. I don't own a flowbench myself!

Just thought that you will know... I only heard that CVH head even ported and with big valves will flow less than Zetec head.
what is the link for the CNC heads? Edit found it thanks

www.cncheads.co.uk I think
Standard zetec head should flow around 450-500CFM.. std CVH i'd predict around 350.
