Default Wires going to coilpack

Right on my efi rs turbo, one of the positive wires sheared itself off right near the connector. I have soldered it back on but it now can slip in and out of missfiring because of the bad connection. Can you run a new wire through into the onnector or will I have to get a new connector? If so does anyone know the name of it or part no. ? Cheers, Steve.

polevolt.co.uk
They sell all the connectors NEW that you need, I have shed loads of them too if you have trouble, the one shown in the ebay link is of course NOT a coilpack connector, and is expensive too, but if needed I have lots of these too.

Do ford sell them? Can't find the one I need on ebay, only one i could find at £35 with a oil pressure wire too! I'll try polevolt if ford don't stock them.

Why not just go to the scrapper and cut a plug off? Anything with an EFI CVH or a Zetec will be fine.

i did the same thing for Chunt69 when i converted his to EFI because the plug on his loom was shagged.

You can also then cut off as much wiring as you need aswell

Just be aware there are more than 1 type/fitting coilpack plug.
