just bourt a stage 1 "280bhp" chip for saff coss. what sort of job are these to fit? are they plug or solder fit and is it straight forward? also what should i set the boost to? its standard except 3" exhaust, filter and -31 actuator. apart from raising the boost should anything else be adjusted. also is the ecu easy to access on the 4x4 and where is it located?

Chip behind and below glovebox, pull out glovebox, you will see ecu, disconnect, remove lid, to expose chip in the corner, swap over, check fuel pressure, adjust CO to what chip maker/mapper quotes, adjust boost to setting they say, might be a good idea to go for a fuelling check afterwards.
