I've got a fault with an Escort Cosworth rally car where it only achieves 1.0 bar boost with a T34 turbo, and achieves 1.5 bar with a T3 turbo but runs really lean.
Does anyone have any ideas ?

What AFR readings are you getting on each turbo at various boost levels?
What ECU are you using? If its an original one, who's software is on it and what version?

 

The ECU is a Pectel P8 mapped by Tommy Field, we're going to do some back to back tests in a few days to get some better AFR readings. The car has been previously set up and has run correctly, so something has failed causing the fault.
