Default cossie pressurising

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The story goes bought this off a mate who rebuild it with all the best parts motorsport developments then set her up running 32 psi and was very very fast shortly after headgasket went taking the alloy radiator with it this is were i bought it as my mate spent 10k on her then shit starts happening. i replaced headgasket with a 1.3mm triple layer one re torqued head and had to get the radiator re cored were she blew put all back together and she wont stop pressurising water in header tank. every time i give car some up the road and pull over water pissing out of header tank but if i drive off boost it seems ok it has been bled by all my local garages including ford. any ideas thanks
