Need Help decoding casting number CVH Head

Does anyone know the origin of a 90's vintage CVH head with the casting number RF-F4CE-BA? it also bears the Essex casting mark.
any help pointing me in the right direction would be much apprciated.

RF-F4CE-BA Did you get any info on this casting number. This is one we cannot work out in Australia too
