Default Boiling over

hi i have just rebuilt my s2 rst engine and fitted cosworth management to it when building the engine everything was renewed (water pump, head gasket and thermostat, etc) the head and the block were both pressure and crack tested and everything was ok but everytime i go out in the car it always boils up when i stop has any one any ideas.

THERMOSTAT!!!! / NOT MUCH WATER!!!! / AIR IN THE SYSTEM / FANS WORKING/NOT WORKING -------------------
WATER PUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best idea is DONT continue to drive it.

Then look at all the things mentioned by aaron.

blocked rad or dodgy thermostat maybe?
