Default escos windscreen rubber help

does anyone know if you can change the windscreen rubber without removing the windscreen

it is possible but not that easy. need to be carefull not to crack the screen

small update got 3 quarters of the way round with removing the rubber all was going very well than bang the windscreen popped some bright spark at fords had put far to much adhesive on the screen and it had squeezed out round the rubber. Dont try this at home folks as a new screen fitted from autoglass is 550 quid

removing rubber while the screen is in place!!!!! lol -do me a favour -ha-ha/ how the f****do you(if you was succsesfull!!! get it back in!!!!!!!!!----------come on you must have been fully comp-----------£550 screen!!!!!!!!!!!!
