hi. i have had some noise from the valves on my car. have heard a lot of teories. but i have to ask you all here.

have enybodey here had this. when i start the engine when its cold. its normal noise.

but if take it up some rpm's it starts to sound like a REALY big clock. tikk tikk tikk. and it takes some time untill it stops.

whats wrong??

well the engine is out and a new one is in now.

the problem was the hydrolic valve lifters. they have seen better times.
