Changed the bulb for the indicator today, and found it is not working. I have a v reg escort finnesse.and dont really know were to start looking.

 

Check the new bulb works by connecting it directly on a battery first.
Then just a case of regular fault finding with a test light, it will no doubt be either corrosion on the bulb holder itself of the connector strip as this is std with any new ford!!
