Default cossie problem

hello,iv got a 2wd saff which has just developed a problem.its lost acceleration.instead it just pops and bangs and idles badly.it does sort it self out and tick over nicely but soon as you touch the accelerator it starts all over again.i dont even know where to begin to start. any advice please?

try the sensors, check for any lose/broken connections CPS, TPS, and Phase, also check the gap of the CPS.

Try these for a start

It isn't CPS(gap) anyway, but would be advisable to have a good wiggle on the CONNECTOR for the cps.
I would look at the insulation on the phase sensor though as well.
Sounds like an ignition fault though saying that, so have a good look inside the dizzy cap for tracking marks.
