T34 = great spool, 400bhp potential and will bolt onto a std motor, cheap

T38 = slightly laggy in comparison but bigger top end hit , 480?bhp potential but will surge like hell unless you have a ported head, expensive

depends what you want imo t38 will be better for top speed and high end power but t34 will be better lower down.

Get a CR turbos T38 with the roller bearing core and you get a quicker spoolup than a t34 . 63 and more top end than a normal t38.

I have just gone from an engine with a t34.63 to the above t38 and to say I am impressed is an understatement.
