BMW Problem...I know its not a ford.
The other day i noticed my e36 318i auto developed a squeek when ticking over, i thought easy fix just a bit of white greese behind the pullys and job done....boy was i wrong ...Then yesterday i had trouble starting the car, it would turnover but it struggled to fire up.
I have no idea what it is and it bugging me, when driving today on the m25 it was ok but as i got on to the a406 there was a slight hint of miss fire.
The most concerning thing is that when i was ideling on my driveway just 10 mins ago and it was squeeking away i decided to pull out the dip stick and out went the pressure and the squeek stoped but the idle was still rough. As soon ad the dip sticjk was put back the squeek started again.
Any ideas?
