Default sapphire 4x4 help

hello ive had a bit work done on me car had bailey breather fitted, new tappets, timing belt,
new rotor arm and distributor cap ive noticed on the way home if im crusing along with a little throttle it feels like it has a miss/sputter as if its pulling back a bit on throttle everything seems fine ive checked the the three mutiplugs and they seem fine although 1 has the little clip missing the one that clips them together but still seems tight any ideas and i am after some spark plug leads decent 1s in black as the the motorsport 1s wont go with purple hoses under bonnet was told by the garage my old ones dont seem that tight or could this be my problem thanks for your help
