Question S1 Turbo hoses, help needed

Hi
Need some some help please with turbo hoses on a series 1
I need to know where the two smaller hoses on turbo in picture go to thanks

you should have 1 off actuator and 1 off turbo going to amal valve the other one on turbo never seen that before should not need it

So the other one I just leave open or blank it off?
The problem I have is car is not boosting so I looked at turbo connections and found this hose just open (larger one in picture).
The other hose (smaller one in picture goes to amal valve and actuator via a t piece, is this also correct?

the big one blank off
1 from turbo goes to amal valve (3)
actuator to amal valve (2)
othe amal valve meterin head (1)
if you go to car passanger wing look at amal valve and imagine numbering 1-3 from left to right thats what the numbers in brackets are for if you get the jist of it
no t piece needed
