Can anyone tell me where I can find the fuel filter on my 97 mk2 mondeo diesel 1.8td estate?

I think, but not 100% that it is on the end of the cylinderhead, certainly is on non td versions of this engine fitted to other models.

Only done a clutch on a mondy diesel an that was enough of a pain.
If changing it use a LUCAS/CAV filter as these are best, and flow better, also make sure to drain the water off from filter head every three months or so by just undoing drain plug(10mm) at base of filter cap.
