Question zetec into sierra

does anybody know what engine mounts would be needed to fit a 2.0 zetec into a saph cossie rep that im building also what gearbox can i use will the starter cause me any probs?
also has any body ever turbo'd the 2.3 or 2.0 i4 out of the scorpio as im also giving this consideration as it would be easyer to fit in the bay i know the 200sx manifold can be addapted for the engine to run turbo'd
cheers all

oh yes the starter motor would cause problems, mines had part of the gearbox hacked out, and an adjustable bracket ot fit the starter, nightmare to mesh properly. My advise is to get a brand new one, cause you dont ever want to be taking it off. When i swapped the engine in mine, i got the engine and box swapped, out and in in a day, and 4 days to get the starter motor on!

it is possible to fit a zetec into a sierra, you can either youse a mt75 box or a type 9. the mt75 would be ablet to handle a bit more power and abuse. i dont no what clutch you would have to use with either though.

The l4 engines can and have been turboed in the past. Turbo Technics used to produce turbo kits for the l4 engine back in the late 80's- early 90's. i was lucky enough to find somone selling one of these turbo kits about a year ago. it includes a cast turbo manifold, t25 turbo, fith injector elbow and fith injector. i have since changed the fith injector driver that i am running to an aquamist one with is more controllable. i also had to use a universal intercooler from forger motorsport. i hope this helps and if you have any other questions i will try and answer them.

Here are a couple of pics of my turbo kit fitted.
