Just been out for a spin in my saph and when i put my foot down in 2nd 3rd or 4th the rev counter gets to about 3500rpm and ther goes crazy, it goes right of the clock bouncy about.the car is standard except for a filter and exhaust. Help

 

4x4 saph i spose?

If so, its most likely the multi-plugs on the bulkhead, just above the engine,

dry them out and make sure they are all clean and connecting with each other nicely.

thats the place i would start

 

yep it is a 4x4

 

If not it could be the rev counter itself, it is only a voltmetre, with a different scale.

take it to TTD, not sure how far they are from you?

Had a look at the connection everything looks ok nothing was wet, going out to try it now.
What you mean t.t.d over in spain, there too far and too expensive mate.

 

my 4x4 does it every so often as said above, multi plugs clean with electrical spray not wd40 should really do away with plugs and solder together.
