Default Fitting new head onto engine

Right, ive recently purchased a big valve cylinder head for my engine (ford pinto 2.0) including cam etc etc etc
and im wanting to fit it, is it just a case of removing inlet manifold including carb (after bleeding coolant)
removing exhaust manifold
removing head.
puttin back being the reverse while replacing each gasket on the way??
or do i have to buy new head bolts or something??
help much appreciated

the Pinto head bolts are stretch bolts and should be renewed everytime- by the book, i know people who have re run the bolts but i would not recommend it

May as well replace the timing belt and tensioner whilst u are doing it too

Use a FELPRO BLUE head gasket, as these are extremely good, and what I used on my own pinto's.

*hopes ur online*

FR32 cam or FR30 cam for an everyday car....
i cant decide
the FR30 quotes a powerband from 1k-6k
the FR32 quotes a powerband from 2.5k-7k

fr32 is a slightly higher lift and a longer duration.
any comments on these cams... for the pinto+type 9 gearbox (loooong)

I have never used these cams, as had ones ground for me as high torque cams(auto!!).
I would personally go for the 30, unless going to further mods then it would be 32.
