Hi,
Right I am removing the cam due to it being worn, problem is I cant get the pulley off so i can get the cam out. Everything i seem to try just turns the cam
tap it lightly with a piece of wood,if your standin on drivers side tap it toward you,it will cum off eventualy.spray wd40 on it aswell

undo all 8 rocker arms, keepin them in correct order, there is a locking plate at pulley end when you get pulley off undo the two 10mm bolts and lift plate out then push cam out.refitting just reverse what you have done.

wont the valve springs cause them to fly every where??
nope as the valve springs are locked on by collets.
quality so just take all rocker arms off, stored them in order. Undo the pulley via brute force, take the plate out and push the cam out,, if thats right im off in the cold again
yeh but dont forget to take followers out aswell as you wont move the cam otherwise, you may need a pair of pliers to grab them as sumtimes they stick a bit.
