Default which fuel pump?

i want to uprate my fuel pump.
its a 90 spec efi xr3i setup.
i have heard thet the mk5 xr3i pump can be adapted, anyone know any more of this?

is it an external pump like the erst?if so cant you get a Cossie one?

@ Alvyn 90 spec EFI is a in tank pump.

Think the mk5 3i pump will fit
