Default MK4 Escort Rev Counter Fitting ::HELP::

alright guys im learin to drive at the mo but have a 3dr escort mk4 but doesnt have a rev counter, i have another dash/cluster to swap over that does have a rev counter, my question is how hard is the swap guna be and how do i wire the rev counter up?

any help appreciated snOOpy

you have to run a wire from your coil to the rev counter. the coil should have a black, wire and a green wire coming from it. wire it to the green side.

ok, so green wire to the plug on the inside of the arch

and the black wire goes to the coil yea?

basically the same as that guide m8. just run another green wire from the coil to the rev counter.

you proberly have a coil pack get your new cluster and its plug join all the wires from your old dash plug to the new cluster leaving you with just a green wire then take it through the bulk head and wire it up to green wire in you amp {near side wing} you can chose either to green wires as they are the both the same
