kent bd16 cams

Just bought a set of kent bd16 cams. What numbers should be stamped on them. How can you tell the difference between inlet/outlet.
I havnt measured them but the seem to have less lift than the standard ones?

they should have BD16 stamped in the back face of the cams

the inlet cam is the cam with the grooves in it where it fits in the bearing housings
