I have a 54 plate fiesta and water is collecting (alot by the sounds of things) in the passenger door. I can feel some little rubber plugs with square grips in the bottom of the door and there is a bit of water dripping out of there. If I pull these out, will the water drain or will I just break them? Just because they feel a bit stiff to getout, so I don't want to break anything.

pull them out, it will drain water, the water is probably getting in in the seal at the bottom of the window area.
