whats it gonna cost me for a anti lag throttle body for my cosworth ? new or 2nd hand it dont matter.

i thought anti lag took excess boost at throttle shut off from one side of the turbo and fed the other side to keep the turbo spinning ,rather like a strategically placed large closed loop dump valve?
