Identifying Turbos

How can i tell what size the housings are just by looking at the turbo? Are they Cast on it?

yep. but they are cast on the inside edge, so you would have to take the inlet hose off and exhasut down pipe to see them,, for exampl.... mine on the exhaust side is stamped 0.63.
