not sure bout the wires but the amel valve should have lettering on the outlets,W= wastegate(actuator),C=compressor housing(just goes to your turbo)A= atmosphere will it open to air

Also it has no bleed valve or manuel boost controller valve or simular on the pipe so won't this increase lag etc, since the wastegate will start opening too soon.

okay i've just connected the pipes up i couldn't see any markings on the amal valve so guessed the car then was over boosting to about 16-18psi and then suddenly cutting the boost etc. So i swapped the pipes over but still is the same i had the actuator set at 12psi when it was just connected on its own and not to the amal valve etc. I had to also rewire a multiplug on the end of the wires so don't know if i done it the right way round etc. Are these palarity concious. And is there a way of testing the amal valve. It only had 2 outlets etc. And looks be a genuine ford one. Cheers

i wouldnt run it anymore then 16 psi unless youve uprated the bottom end,the resistance of the amal valve should be between 30 and 120 ohms while it is disconnected

Depends on how its preloaded when its fitted
on the bench, not attached to anything they crack around 8-10psi if fitted with very small preload you usually end up with 8-10 psi on the car.
but shorten the rod a lot and you could end up with 15+psi
