What car is it for ? IIRC, main camshaft bearing caps are 19nm for a cossie, the two caps at the front where the half moons go are 10nm.

Pls make sure someone confirms this before going ahead.

Right, been and checked the sierra cosworth workshop manual.

19-23Nm for the main bearing caps.
8-10Nm for the two at the front.

Says to oil the threads too.
