Mapping in the Berkshire Area
At the moment I have a map by Stu with ALS + LC etc and it has been spot on.
Now I am aiming for over 400 I want to get it mapped again but dont fancy driving to Blackpool!! but if I get it mapped else where I have to ditch the ALS
Is there anyone in the are who you would recommend and wouldnt take months!!
Cheers

Stu @ MSD should be able to provide a new chip for you revised spec ?
Mark @ Mad can then of course check the fueling and set-up out on the open road or you can stick it on the rollers.
MAD Website:- http://www.apra70.dsl.pipex.com/home/index.htm
Getting it live mapped is always the best option as the tuner can of course squeeze as many BHP out of the set-up, whereas a custom chip will run very safe settings.
For the standard Ford ECU's does Mark still run a Bajoo base map chip and then live map it ?

answer to your question if you go anywhere else to map your ecu you will lose the ALS and LC stu might be able to write another chip for you.. but you are better off driving down to blackpool for a live map..

Thats the prob. I would like to get it live mapped but blackpool is 300 miles away. Spoke to stu and he is going to redo my exisiting chip at a very good price and I get to keep the ALS etc. Dont want to get rid of it as I have just purchased a mountune als valve
Think in the near future I will go autronic and take a visit to MAD as they are 2mins round the corner.
