spacing between cvh exhaust ports

spacing between cvh exhaust ports
does anybody know what engines have similar spacing between the exhaust ports as the cvh,ive been looking at turbo tubular manifolds on ebay and was wondering if any could be modified to fit maybe by welding on a different plate to bolt to the head or make an adaptor plate
