Default REV COUNTER

Hi everybody

Im reposting this because it got even worst this time.

Tried to wire my original Mk6 escort clocks but the rev counter shows half then some of you suggested the pin/wire 11 from the IDES ??? or a wire from the coil pack nothing works so I bought my self an after market rev counter wired it straight to the coil pack but guess what still shows half the revs. Whats wrong? Is my car running actually with half the revs it should??????

Any help ??????

P.S the engine is fiesta turbo

Thanx in advance
George
