Whats done to it now?

With your £1500 you want to look at the following areas

Front mount IC
Performance exhaust system
Turbo (which you already have)
Chip
A set up with a reputable tuner (often overlooked after fitting upgrades)

You may also be able to afford some head work or buy an uprated head.

Well the chips on these cars don't really do a fantastic amount because its only on the ignition side of things so there isn't a great deal of difference. however if i were to recommend anyone to you to get a chip from it would have to be either Stu @ MSD or Christian @ APT (both traders on here)

A stage 3 head isn't really going to see you any benefits unless you're going to be running high boost levels and really have a turbo worthy of it.

A front mount really is your next best step and is probably some of the best money you could ever spend.

i like your "drop it in" thoughts

well yea but what i mean is.......if you buy a zetec turbo you can't run that off the the MFI you have now.

You would need EFI and unless it comes with everything its going to get expensive!
