Default Windows opened on their own.................................

Not sure if this is the correct Forum but ..............I have a 1 year old Ford Focus.

Yesterday I used the car drove home and locked it with the remote windows closed it was cold here. This morning someone in the house noticed misty windows (implication all of the windows were shut).

I only looked at the car late afternoon to find all of the windows fully down (front and back) - the keys were in my pocket all day - I didn't think that the remote could lower the windows anyway.

When I put my arm through the open window I activated the car alarm.

Would like to know if anyone has any ideas as to how this could have happened?

if its a 4 door focus then holding the unlock button will roll down all the windows, as well as holding the lock will roll them up.

perhaps you leant on the button, they rolled down and then the alarm reset as you hadnt opened a door etc within the preset time?
