Hiya guys please help heres my problem:

ive had my mk3 cab for a few years now started off life as a 1.6 MFI i got a 2.0 ZVH build from scratch but had many many problems to the point its had the same motor in and out about 2-3 times, my problem was it wont crack ovre quick enuff to fire it up but would bump of with back presser, ive tryed everything and got everyone in the world to look at with still no luck!!!!

im thinking about converting it to EFI with a newly build 2.0 zvh still using the 8v head but i dont know what it intails...... could any one gfive advice or any sites that it shows step by step ? has any had good results out of it ??
