The front antiroll bars and their mounting locations are diffent in mk3 vs. mk4.
Radiator and intercooler are of different shape and have different fittings.
Gearbox mount was already mentioned.

Yes for the handbrake (nothing different tough), yes for the front roll bar.
The mk4 loom will not easily fit the mk3, so it's better to just fit the KE-jet and ESC-II management looms. This means separating them from the main loom.

Planning on using the fiesta ecu and ofab loom (to get rid of the dreaded metering head). So just really going to be putting in a basic loom to get the car through an mot (lights, horn e.t.c.).

Gotta feeling the engine bay isnt going to look too pretty.

Also ive heard, that due to me running a s2 loom, i have to use a mk4 dash, for the clocks???

Cheers again

It's not only the clocks, but every other connector and circuit will be different. Do yourself a favor and get a mk3 loom.

Would it be ok then to use a mk3 loom, and a fiesta engine loom, and splice the 2 together????

(im ok with the mechy side of it, but the elecy side is a bit confusing???)

Nice 1

That sound better, but just leave them separate and only connect the few wires between the looms that are needed, and those can be counted with the fingers of a single hand.

Might be slightly different but totally interchangeable. That is, the mounting points are the same on the block and on the shell.
