what would the best manifold to use on zetec turbo conversion i have heard a few different ones can be used ie rover 620ti, focus rs, and the ford rst ones would a rs2000 one work as i hear they can take upto 200bhp as standard?

 

someone must know which 1s i can choose from?

 

If you are on about inlet manifolds then the standard black top plastic one is good up to 400bhp.

If you are going for more power than that, then i'd speak to Ian Howell at area six.

sorry i didnt make my self very clear i meant the exurst(sp) manifold.
I would be using the rst inlet manifold and and efi unit on my zetec engine

 

Bang for bucks, I would go for the Ford Racing tubular manifold!

 

the rs2000 manifold is n/a

 

anyone help me??
