Default Getting the thing into gear?

Hi all.
On my erst i am experiencing problems engaging gears now and again.
Some times they just slip in and other times its quite difficult to select. As far as i am aware the clucth seems ok, so is the gearbox on its way out or could this just be a case of fitting new mounts?
