any ideas? its ok when it warms up

Idle speed control valve might need a clean ?

As said ISCV clean and LUBRICATE, then look at CO, could be out, set o around 2.5% co.

Go to local friendly MOT place and slip them a fiver(?), simply a case of turning the CO screw, if it has one(?) depending on what level ecu you are on, counterclockwise to richen, clockwise to lean off.
